This is kind of problem i faced while trying to do the program transfer in the 802D, the problem was some extra charecters are getting added up in the program received (Please find the Program attached which I have received from the machine.). Since some extra characters are getting added up machine is note receiving the program back (I have remove the extra characters and then send it back but thats some thing I don't want to do). Please help me on this. Thanks in advance

I think you are outputting as a binary backup file Output in punch tape format with cr Pee

Set Punch tape format in PC as well as CNC. Then you will get the exact program with out extra characters. The setting in CNC you can find in Press Shift key hold it & press Alarm key the Press Data I/O --> Settings. here you can change it. For PC side in WINPCIN you will find RS232 Settings. Hope this will solve your problem Rantu
