Purpose: To enable 'Groups' and 'Users' to the respective Groups in 'Active Directory' General Instructions: (Please use ONLY use " lower case " for 'email id's', 'UPN' and 'SAM ID' - Thank you)

Please follow the following "coloured tabs" which are tofor all theby the respective "Owners" to add users to their re 2. Groups and Descriptions : This is the reference page be filled Group Names for all Products - Please view this p respectively. This tab is to add all users to AD. Please follow the headings and fill accordingly. Please select the us 3. Add Users: box. 4. Add Groups: Please do NOT use this Tab. To be filled for AD purpose of adding Groups by IT and Implementation 5. Sample Group: View this tab to see the examples on how to ADD users to the respective Group Names for each o 6. Organization Groups : Please add the users based on Organization Groups mentioned in the 2nd Tab under Grou 7. eForms Group: Use this tab to add users to eForm Group Names like the example shown in point 4. Each 'Product Group' is tabbed after that from 6th Tab - 16th Tab and would be required to be filled as the 'SAMPLE GROU 8. Rename Group: Self Explanatory. 9. Delete Users: Self Explanatory. 10. Delete Users from Group: Self Explanatory. 11. Change user Acct: Self Explanatory. 12. Change Password: Self Explanatory.
