The Lancaster City Police Department was contacted by Maryland law enforcement officials
regarding the above sex offender fleeing from the Cecil County Maryland area. Information
was received that the offender may have been heading to the Lancaster City area. The
Lancaster Bureau of Police began an investigation into the offender’s whereabouts and
information was provided by several Lancaster City residents that confirmed the offender
was in the Lancaster City area.

At 1130hrs today, the offender was located in the 900blk. of North Duke St. in the city and
near St. Ann’s school . He was taken into custody and Charged as a Fugitive from Justice by
Det. Andrew Morgan.

The offender is wanted by Maryland authorities for failing to register as a sex offender and
violation of his parole.

The offender was arraigned by District Justice Janice Jimenez and was incarcerated on
$100,000 cash bail.
