For Consumer Satisfaction level during shopping at Departmental Store.
Introduction
The purpose of the research report is to ascertain the factors effecting Satisfaction level of the consumer while shopping at Departmental Store. That the company realizes that their Customers are not as satisfied as they were before so being a researcher we conduct some research on it. We design a questionnaire related to their problem to the target customers and distribute this questionnaire to the customers to get their feedback to solve the problem. The managements concern about Consumer Satisfaction level while shopping at Departmental Store.
Purpose of Study:
The purpose of our study is to know how to improve the Consumer Satisfaction level and its commitment while shopping at the Departmental Store. So that the management makes good efforts to ensure availability of good services to the customer.
Scope of study:
If you want to retain your Customers, learn what their expectations are and do what you can to increase their satisfaction level, their commitment and making work a positive experience. Managers are worried about the increasing hesitation and changing attitude of customers so, in order to know the Consumer Satisfaction level and want to identify the factors which cause the changing consumers satisfaction level.
