I to agree that it was never operated at 27.3 mw Load. Hence you need not give us at full load i.e. 27.3 mw load. We can restrict minimum of 22.7 mw load only. 2.we thanks for accepting 6.3kv panel testing and we also help from our side. 3.thanking you for accepting regarding post commissioning visit. 4.Regarding any modification if required in DCS, the same will be taken care by us. We are sure no modifications is required as the plant was operated with existing system and plant was taken shut down during last year only and have done all routine checkups and baring gear was regularly operated Hence please accept the offer and send your invoice to release 30 % of the advance payment.
