Day2

On the day 2 we were accompanied by Ms. Priya from ozone experiential learning within the campus of kiams.

1. Know Yourself.
It started with introduction of everyone following the activity which suits one`s character and personality in real life .First Ms. Priya came forward and chanted her name Prancing priya and acted like the way. everyone followed the same activity. We realized the way How we look our selfrealization of one`s self is real needed.

2. How to be with oneself while working in groups


Then we were asked to do roam freely.imaging our self aloneremain silent lost in yourself.move slow .. move fastfeel the breath...feel the very detailing of the things

3. How to concentrate on your work while working in groups.


we were asked to do whatever we like most and others would try to disturb you. Focus on what you doing, be lost in your work like you are alone in there. many people will try to distract you but your focus is only thing which can save you.

4. How to synchronize with your peers.


In this round the couples were selected and one was playing role of leader and the other was follower at a time. the leader has to make sure whatever he is doing is easy to follow so that his/her peers can synchronize with him/her.

5. Spontaneous role play


We were taught to be ready to any role play spontaneously. we were given task by our peers immediately and we have to do nothing but perform the task.

6. How to handle pressure of criticism


We were divided in groups and at one time one of us was playing role of celebrity.we all were asked interview him/her. It showed us the way How one can handle the pressure of criticism and answer his critics being complacent. 7. How to fit yourself in other task

We were asked to do random mechanical work in groups, one has to start it then other has to find his/her role in the mechanical work and has to fit himself/herself. we learned that how can fit oneself in the current situation and scenario to work accordingly.

8. How to generate rhythm.


We were asked to generate some tones with what instruments we have got like keys, bangles to get rhythm. This activity illustrated the way how we can work in harmony with others.
