DESIGN CONCEPT The inspiration for the design was derived from the structuresThe Ark byAlexander Remizov

(below) and Osaka Maritime Museum by Paul Andreu (above) where in both of them were in a hemisphere-like form and in the viewer s perception, they appear floating on the sea. The model s form is like a flower .Just like a replica of a flower, it has an opening at the middle so that the sunlight may pass throughit because the centre of the structure serves as a botanical garden. The main function of the structure is a botanical museum. The site was chosen to be on the sea because flower has the capability of floating on a water body and somewhat, the location is closer to nature.
