Synopsis

 Nurse was referred to the Joint Tan Tock


Seng Hospital Work-Related Musculoskeletal
Disorders Clinic by the attending doctor.
 Worked in rehabilitation ward in 2002 and
developed sudden onset of low back pain.
 Since then, the back ache persisted.
