NOTICES Winter Weather: The children have had quite an exciting week, with lots of snow stories to share! Many thanks to our community for their consideration and responsiveness over the past week. It was great to have parents phoning the school early, informing the school of their childs attendance. Hopefully next week will bring some warmer weather! Enrolment Intentions for 2012: Please respond to the email regarding enrolment intentions for 2012! City Gallery Visit: Art Voyaging and the Kermadecs-Gifted and Talented Programme: Science and Arts Curriculum. An invitation has been extended to CTMS for a number of students to attend the exhibition and seminar of an artists and scientists, talk on an expedition to the Kermadec Islands and Tonga investigating the little known marine ecosystem of these Pacific Islands. Assessment Information Evening: Thank you to those parents who braved the wintery conditions to attend the assessment evening yesterday evening. This was a great opportunity for parents to ask questions about national standards, assessment and students achievement. Yummy Fruit Stickers/McCains Barcodes:We are desperately needing to replace our old wheelbarrow and need 10 McCains barcodes of frozen chips, peas or corn. Please bring them to school and pop them in the box upstairs. We are also collecting yummy fruit stickers. These go towards sports equipment for the children! Corn Fritters Lunch Orders: Please see yellow sheet attached. Western Zone Swimming: Please return permission slips.
