Interactive Learning Group (7/00 1/01 Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer) Start up company that developed Video Buddy, an interactive edutainment product targeted to children 3 to 6 years old. Hired as COO/CFO. Responsible for operations and finance functions. Company was unable to raise private funds due to not achieving projected sales volume in 2000. Asked by Board of Directors to become CEO upon termination of current CEO at end of October 2000. Recommended cessation of operations to Board of Directors due to insufficient capital. Responsible for liquidating assets and consummating sale of intellectual property to strategic investors. Had 300+ employees operating 70+ locations across the U.S. Prior to acquisition by Travelers Express in December 1997, Game was publicly traded on NASDAQ (IPO in April 1994). Game was #17 on Forbes list of Best Small Companies in

America in 1996 with revenues of $19 million up from $9 million in 1995. Argosy Electronics, Inc. (1/89 - 9/95 - Vice President of Finance) Hearing aid manufacturer with revenues of $20 million and 200+ employees. Hired as controller and promoted to VP Finance after one year. Reported directly to owners and President. Managed six direct reports with a staff of 20+.
