After using Joshs Frayer model for an ideal classroom, we then did a snowball activity where they crumpled/threw

the Frayer models and then read out their classmates as I typed responses. After that we began turning bullets into paragraphs and the students brainstormed what teachers and students should be doing to make sure that we are creating the kind of classroom that the students want. We got through "looks like/sounds like/feels like" today, and will do "is not like" the next time I see them on Tuesday. Then I will give each student a copy of their class's vision and put a copy, which we all sign, on the wall above the board.
