Our routine review of these reports indicates that the following issue may need additional information or clarification to ensure complete and accurate public disclosure as required by MGLL.c. 55. Your committee’s deposit reports, dating back to 2005 indicate that the candidate, James Ferrera has regularly made loans to his committee. A review of the committee's expenditures, as reported by the depository bank shows that James Ferrera has also been repaid for these candidate loans on a consistent basis beginning in 2007. Between 2/11/05 through 8/5/11 Mr. Ferrera has loaned the committee a total of $21,990.00. However, expenditures between 4/11/07 through 7/29/11 reveal that he has been repaid a total of $26,395.00 for loan repayments, or $4,405.00 more than what he is entitled to. I have included a spreadsheet of your reported loans and repayments.
