Job title: Customer Serves Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible to escalate and address complaints, issues and queries of clients via email, telephone or website; ensuring close, professional and efficient relation and solutions according to NEXtCAREs standards.

Qualifications:
Education

o B.Sc. Computer Science or related discipline Technical Knowledge: o Excellent understanding and practical use of project management best practices, methodologies, techniques and tools Well-versed in quality management and methodologies with an ability to adapt according to the needs of the business and projects. o CMMI knowledge is a plus
Behavioral Skills & Competencies

o Goal oriented and action-focused. Data rational and Analytical. Team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation.
Experience

5-8 progressive years in Software Development Industry, extensive experience in Project Management tools and Techniques (2 years at least), demonstrated experience as a manager
