I believe that education needs to be meaningful and relevant to students. I believe in providing an engaging and flexible curriculum where students interests, learning styles and personalities are always considered. I place high importance on creating a safe and supportive learning environment where all students are nurtured and respected. I believe student wellbeing to be a holistic and vitally important aspect of teaching regardless of domain. As a teacher I am a lifelong learner who is always growing, reflecting and seeking to better myself and my profession.
