    Grapes 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Merlot 30% Cabernet Franc Location : Situated on the commune of Yvrac Surface : 40 Ha Soil : chalky-clayey Vinification Manually harvested, grapes are sorted in order to reach an optimal fruit maturation. Tasting This wine has a deep ruby colour with all the specificities of a sunny west-south west exposure, as well as a perfect balance between grape varieties. Serving suggestions This wine is excellent with red meats, game and cheese. We suggest that the wine be drunk at an ambient temperature of 16 to 18 C .
