FAMILY BREAKDOWN:I am born from a family of five and am the last Born with two elder brothers,my father and a late mother.

BEFORE ALA Before coming to ALA I was taking my studies at Leribe English Medium school in the township.I was always setting myself high goals had to work hard to achieve them.My parents and brothers always kept my going even in hard times.I remember I used to be expelled for school fees every guarter of theyear and this was so much embarrassing because I was the school prefect.But this did not pull me down but instead became a posetive motivation.Every month when I went back to my hostel,before living home,my mother would cry and that hurt me so much.i told myself that oneday she will be celebrating.Unfortunately I faced terrible moment of losing her laast year(2010).I had always loved helping people in anyways I could simplify and even change their lives for the better.I help one of my best friends who had dropped out of school becouse of his family financial problem.I paid for his fees and my mum helped me with uniform.I enjoyed helping some-one.I used to be a student during school hours and a teacher in the afternoons and weekends helping or teaching other students.After completing my C.O.S.C,I volunteered to work at the mechanic garage.I had always dreamt and still dream of being an engineer(I love maths and physics).Then some months later I felt a need to serve the community.At this moment,I decided to volunteer in teaching in two schools in my area and it was not easy but I made it.Honestly I couldnot picture myself at ALA.I found it to be too perfect for me. AT ALA

AFTER ALA After ALA I want to go and study engineering or investment banking in the United States.Actually,by the moment iam not sure,even whether I should go immediately after ALA or I should take a gap ,find the job and rescue my family from poverty.But in ten years time,I want to be a fully qualified Egineer,have investments in African companies,have a school more or less like ALA in my country to provide quality education to youth,be an active member of African Societies concerned with youth development .
