Factor that give impact to the curriculum project which come from the teacher. The factor include : 1. Language proficiency 2. Teaching experience 3. Skill and expertise 4. Training and qualifications 5. Morale and motivation 6. Teaching style 7. Beliefs and principles
ADOPTION FACTORS
The factors that give impact to the curriculum project which come from the other sources and adapted to the new curriculum to make it better. For example : 1.
