Relax & Breathe Melchizedek Part 1 By Kevin G. Blackwell www.kgblackwell.com

Several powerful messages have been communicated to me over the past couple of months timely messages that provide insight about this great change we are in the midst of. As we speak, our world is being fundamentally and irrevocably transformed it is happening now. So, over the next 2 weeks, you will see a flurry of messages from me as I try to get you current with the information and guidance that is being revealed. I feel compelled to share what I know and what is being shared with me. Once I catch you up on these insights and events, I will return to the completion of my forthcoming book and to less frequent messages. Relax and breathe. This is all we have to do to improve our lives and change the world. Let go of striving and simply allow ourselves to be. Simple huh? But easier said than done. A signature of the age that is coming to an end has been the persistent striving of humanity to improve its station in life and within the order of things by becoming. And for many of us, becoming remains the focus of our lives: becoming smart, becoming rich, becoming successful, becoming safe and secure, becoming happy, becoming powerful, becoming number one, becoming free and of course, becoming better. And of those on religious and spiritual paths, many are engaged in the effort to become awakened or enlightened, becoming worthy of heaven or forgiveness and so on. We are stuck in this habit of striving which is opposed to simply allowing ourselves to be. But how could anyone just allow themselves to be? Look at the world in which we are living: Political gridlock, environmental hazards, global financial meltdown, weather anomalies and natural disasters, terrorism, war etc. Surely, we each must be doing a lot to either protect ourselves from this list or solve the problems on this list.

In the midst of our efforting, we occasionally hear the voices of spiritual masters throughout history urging us to relax and breathe telling us that we already are amazing, divine souls in possession of all we need to thrive. But after a moment, we push these voices out of our heads because we have so much to do! And how can we stop trying so hard? Everyone else is trying! Our parents and peers are trying. Wont the entire world call us irresponsible if we stop working hard and trying? And so we checkmate ourselves. Somewhere inside we know we need to slow down and relax and breathe, but were not sure why, we struggle with giving ourselves the permission to slow down and we just cant find the time or space to do so. On the other hand, what exactly are we supposed to do in the face of such daunting world problems? So we are left with two untenable choices: continuing to do even though we know it is not working or throwing up our hands in frustration because we dont know what to do. Perhaps we need to take a vacation far away from the earth and get in touch with a fresh, new, more impersonal and cosmic perspective. This is where Melchizedek comes in. Melchizedek is a special emanation from the Source. A keeper and protector of the divine plan, he/she is a master of sacred geometry and energy and manipulating the building blocks of all matter. This being has appeared on our planet from time to time throughout our history to help us stay on track (e.g. Melchizedek is mentioned in the Bible). But for the most part, Melchizedek watches and helps us from afar. (Though Melchizedek always has human emissaries on the planet, inspired by his approach, who teach and help us as well.) Melchizedeks message to us: Relax and breathe! There is nothing you must do other than this. Your ascension is guaranteed. It is unavoidable and inevitable. The energy frequency around your planet is being elevated in alignment with the divine plan. In recent decades, the energy matrix around your planet has been rebuilt in such a way that it now allows you and all life on your planet to express more of your divinity. The elevation of the energy frequency in your sector of the universe has set into motion a chain of events that will sweep you into a new paradigm. You cant resist this flow of energy. The galactic center of the Milky Way is radiating with

a new energy, which has awakened a new level of being in your sun, which in turn will accelerate the healing of your planet, which in turn will accelerate the awakening of humanity. All you can do all you must do is relax and breathe. If you would allow yourselves to simply express who you each truly are, you will find that you are precisely what your world needs now. It has been planned this way. Does any other way make sense? You are literally the changes you long to see and experience. Love your Selves, express your Selves, be grateful for who and what you are. He has more to say, but instead throws up his hands and vanishes. After all, why should he say more from his perspective, it doesnt matter whether we understand or not its going to happen. The transformation of everything already is happening. The energy soup we are living in makes it inevitable. He and others like him, God Itself, have done their jobs. If you throw a seed into ripe soil, water it and give it light, it is going to blossom. We are blossoming. So I am left with trying to explain the power of the edict: Relax and Breathe. The higher frequencies of energy that surround us now support us in expressing more of our innate brilliance. To connect with and express that brilliance, all we have to do is relax and breathe and our divine essence automatically rises to the surface of our beings for us to express and share. When we express our innate brilliance, we offer a gift to ourselves, to one another and to the universe. If we simply allowed ourselves to relax and breathe - if our unique gifts are expressed, the world would evolve beautifully in alignment with the divine plan, which calls for a move of humanity and Gaia into a higher dimension. Its taken care of it cant be stopped - there is nothing that we need to do but relax and breathe. Breathing is magical. It connects us to the unique rhythm of our souls. And each of our souls is a unique extension of the Creator, a spark of Gods light, a fractal of divine energy. It is our breath and heartbeats that connect us to our unique rhythm and our unique relationship with the Source. We erroneously tend to think of breathing as a generic thing that we all do exactly alike. When we study meditation and

breathing exercises, we often ask, Are we breathing in the right way? There is often the presumption that there is a right way to do it. (And I dont mean to trivialize breathing exercises and meditative techniques, they do have their uses and benefits.) But, I repeat, we are unique fractals of the divine and breathing in our own unique, natural rhythm is the easiest way to connect to our essence and to understand the unique reasons we were created and the unique gifts we are meant to share. When we abandon striving and take the moment to relax and breathe who we are comes to the surface and starts to guide our actions. We automatically shift from trying to become to simply being. This is the true power and gift of meditation: breathing oneself into being. Relax and breathe. Simply be. We already are the higher dimensional beings weve been striving to become. Its been taken care of we were created this way. We embody the changes we long to see. As we each live our essence, these changes are experienced by all of us. Like flowers, we are blossoming. The energy soup we are in supports our growth and fullest expression. We must each share our fruits, our captivating energy, our brilliant colors, our seductive fragrances, our luscious flavors and our unique essence. Take 15 minutes a day or more whenever you can to relax and breathe and simply be and then continue with your day living from this place of connection. If we all did this everyday and there is nothing more we would need to do we will find we are living in paradise. Simple huh? Thank you Melchizedek! Blessings, Kevin G.
