Nominations for Election and Invitation to the Annual General Meeting

Dear Members: All members and supporters of The Learning Exchange (TLE) are invited to attend TLEs Annual General Meeting on Wednesday evening, October 26th, 2011 starting at 5:30 P.M., in room 222 (cake and coffee will be served) at the address below. Elections to the Board of Directors will take place at this meeting. We are calling for nominations for people to serve on the Board of Directors for a term of two years. There are approximately six meetings per year, including the Annual General Meeting. Positions open for this years Board of Directors are: President, Secretary and Board Director. President: Chairs and mediates the meetings. Secretary: Takes minutes of the meetings. Director: Attends and has voting rights at meetings. All Directors may also serve on committees. To nominate a TLE tutor or volunteer, please contact Karen for a nomination form. Return the form to the Learning Exchange by October 13th, 2011.
