.We are concerned that no law enforcement agency or other duly-constituted government agency has heretofore investigated Obama's Birth Certificate to determine if it is an authentic copy of the 1961 birth records on file at the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) in Honolulu. .We also note that, despite continuing legal challenges, the Hawaii Department of Health has steadfastly refused to make public, or to release to independent forensic examination by qualified examiners, the original Obama birth records held in Hawaii's (DOH) files. ....Failure to determine the authenticity of Mr. Obama's document imperils every (_______) County citizen's vote if his name is on the 2012 Presidential Ballot in our county's voting precincts.
