THE CORE
Client centric is at the core of the model because we must keep our clients front and center in everything we do.

THE ENABLERS
These cultural traits act as enablers of the accelerating traits in the outer layer of the model. They constitute the foundation of the culture required to reach Vision 1440H. Therefore, our initial focus must be on developing and strengthening these traits.

THE ACCELERATORS
These cultural traits act as accelerators towards fulfilling the Mission of IDBG and reaching Vision 1440H. However, they require the enabling traits which make them possible. Once the enabling traits are in place, the focus will switch to developing these accelerating traits while protecting the enabling traits.
