Reliability problem decision for dangerous cargos transportation

The dangerous cargos safe transportation at driving on rough roads problem taking into account the mechanical characteristics dispersion is investigated.
The possibility to solve the problem of reliability for this case using the kinetic
equations for the fatigue damage measure of damage and Markov process theory
mathematical means is shown.
