CHAPTER ORGANIZATION

In the first chapter the entire project is given as three

views under the name of chapter as INTRODUCTION. In this we have

specified the need of the project followed by the importance of the

project, which is followed by the Outline of the entire project.

The next chapter is the heart of the project which

gives the information about the software, hardware and other tools

used in the project and the four phases of the system development

which are Analysis, Designing, Implementation and Testing. In this

chapter, all the tools are explained under the name REVIEW OF THE

PROJECT and in the third chapter all the phases are explained under

the name DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT.

The fourth chapter includes the main applications of

the project. The next chapter contains the information about the conclusions

of the project by studying which the entire information of the project can be

understood. This is mentioned under the name CONCLUSIONS.

The next chapter gives the information about the

references and textbooks used by us for the development of the

project. This is placed under the name REFERENCES.

After this there are two appendixes which gives

information about the files to included and some other utilities required

for running of the project. These two are mentioned under the name
