DECLARATION OF GIFT

THAT, I, MR. RIAZ MALICK S/O MALIK AMIR BAKHSH (late)

resident of 29-A, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt. N.I.C. No. 502-88-
245611, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -

1. That the plot No. 29-A, measuring 2854 square yards

comprising Survey No. 36, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt. in
record of Military Estates Office, Multan Circle, Multan Cantt.
is on lease under Schedule IX-A of CLA Rules 1973 is in my
name.

2. That I intend to transfer lease-hold rights of plot No. 29-A,

Survey No. 36, along-with ‘SUPERSTRUCTURES” standing
thereupon by way of “ORAL GIFT” out of my natural love and
affection in favour of my daughter “MISS NOVAIRA
MALICK” (minor) D/o “RIAZ MALICK”, who will now enjoy
the said rights of aforesaid “PROPERTY”, and every other right
available.

3. That in the pursuance of the above intention, I have transferred

the lease-hold rights of the said “PLOT” of my share by way of
“ORAL GIFT” on 20th of OCTOBER, 2002 under
“MUHAMMADAN LAW”, accompanied by delivery of
possession to my daughter “MISS NOVAIRA MALICK”
(minor) D/o “RIAZ MALICK” and the said gift has been duly
offered and accepted by the parties.

4. That I therefore state with effect from the date of “GIFT”, I

have no rights, title or interest in the said “PROPERTY” of my
share which rights, title and interest now vest absolutely in the
said “DONEE” by virtue of “ORAL GIFT” made under the
“MUHAMMADAN LAW” on 20th of October, 2002.

5. That what is stated above is true upto the knowledge and belief
of parties.
6. That “MISS NOVAIRA MALICK” (minor) D/o “RIAZ
MALICK”, resident of 29-A TIPU SULTAN ROAD, MULTAN
CANTT, Survey No. 36 in Multan Cantt. accepted the gift and
acknowledged the possession on 20th of October, 2002and
signed in the presence of the following witnesses.
