Electric circuit design

Solution description By pressing the pushbutton switch S1 and S2 the electric circuit for the relay K1 is closed and the contact K1 is made. Solenoid coil Y1 is energized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is actuated. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder advances to the forward end position. After releasing the pushbutton switch S1 or S2 the electric circuit for the relay K1 is opened and the contact K1 is brought into the normal position. Solenoid coil Y1 is reenergized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is switched back to the normal position. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder returns to the retracted end position.

Solution description By pressing the pushbutton switch S1 the electric circuit for the relay K1 is energized and the open contact K1 at rung 1 is made and holding the circuit .Open Contact k1 rung 2 closed and Solenoid coil Y1 is energized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is actuated. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder advances to the forward end position. The piston rods of the double acting cylinder maintain at end position because the holding circuit at rung 1. After pressing the pushbutton switch S2 (normally closed) the electric circuit for the rung 1 is opened and the relay K1 reenergized. Solenoid coil Y1 is reenergized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is switched back to the normal position. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder returns to the retracted end position.

Solution description By pressing the pushbutton switch S1 the electric circuit for the relay K1 is energized and the open contact K1 at rung 1 is made and holding the circuit .Open Contact k1 rung 2 closed and Solenoid coil Y1 is energized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is actuated. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder advances to the forward end position. The piston cylinder will touch the limit switch L1 at the forward end position, and then relay K2 is energized. Closed contact K2 at rung 1 open and the relay K1 reenergized. Solenoid coil Y1 is reenergized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is switched back to the normal position. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder returns to the retracted end position.

Solution description By pressing the pushbutton switch S1 the electric circuit for the relay K1 is energized and the open contact K1 at rung 1 is made and holding the circuit .Open Contact k1 rung 2 closed and Solenoid coil Y1 is energized and the 5/2 way solenoid valve is actuated. The piston rod of the double-acting cylinder advances to the forward end position. The piston cylinder will touch the limit switch L1 at the forward end position, and then relay K2 is energized. Closed contact K2 at rung 2 open and the piston rods cylinder return to the retracted end position. Since the cylinder return to normal condition, the limit switch L1 will be opened back. Thus, the relay K2 will reenergized and the closed contact K2 is made. This piston will continuously move forward and retract until the stop pushbutton switch S2 is pressed.
