I, FELIPE P. POCSON, of legal age, Filipino, single and with postal address at District 4, Mabini St., Ormoc City, after having been sworn according to law, hereby depose and state: THAT-1. I have executed a Donation inter vivos in favor of my

brother JOWELL P. POCSON , a copy is hereto attached in evidence thereof;

2. This donation is the first and only one made by me
