Airlines supporting canceling reissue and refund

Dear partners, We are glad to announce that Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines have joined the group of the airlines that support cancel reissue & refund transactions .Once you have processed refund or reissue on the above carriers, you can cancel it on the same day from the query report, from the retrieved PNR, or by entering the ticket number. Please find below entries: -TRDC/1297 -TRDC/L6 : From the query report by query report sequence number : From the PNR by FA/FH element line number : By document number, 10 digits

Accordingly, the query report will show the transaction type code "RFNX" for the cancelled refund transactions and "CANX" for the cancelled reissue transactions.The system also will update the E-ticket coupon status accordingly. N.B.

 Scandinavian airlines allow cancelling refund transactions only. Royal Jordanian allows cancelling reissue transactions only.

There is another option to void the normal e-ticket first issuance by using the "TRDC "entry. So you can void the e-ticket either using the"TWX" command or " TRDC" commands.
