Section 1. SOURCE OF FUNDS. Section 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS. The following polices are authorized for the fiscal year. 2.1 incomes from operating and miscellaneous fees shall be collected at maximum collection efficiency. 2.2 Priority in the use of income shall be for budgetary requirements as mandated by the local code. 20% of the IRA for development projects 10% of the General fund (GF) for Sangguniang Kabatan (SK) 5% of the Regular Income (Tax Income & Misc Operating Income) of unforeseen events 2% of the RPT collections of the next preceding year for the Discretionary Expanses of the Punong Barangay 2.3 Strict compliance to the 55% Personnel Services limitation shall be observed 2.4 Priority in the use of savings shall be basic services augmentation of development projects and other mandatory expenses provide under the local code. 2.5 All procurement shall follow strictly the provisions of RA 9184. Section 3. EFFECTIVITY .This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its favorable review from the Sangguniang Panglungsod of the City of Baguio I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution No Appropriations Ordinance No which was approved by the council at the Barangay Annual Budget for the period January 1,2012 to December 2012 BROOKSIDE BARANGAY was duly enacted by the Sanguniang Barangay in its session held at the Barangay hall on October 7,2011

Presenting to you the Annual Budget of Brookside Barangay for the Calendar Year 2012 amounting to ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHT (1,429,208.00) for Your consideration and approval ,broken down

EXPENDITURES LEVELS 1. Despite serious economic times we face, funds full provisions have been made for all the basic and facilities enumerated under Section 17(b-1) of the Local Government Code of 1991; An amount equivalent to 20% of the estimated Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) share has been set aside for the Barangay Development council (BDC) which amount to ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THREE THIRTY ONE (Php 1,226,331.00)

2. A lump-sum amount ONE HUNDRED FOURTY TWO NINE HUNDRED 3. ( 142,142.00) equivalent to 10% of the General Fund of the Barangay for the Budget Year appropriated by the Sangguniang Kabatan (SK) which shall be appropriated for the purpose provided for under Section 426 of the Code; 4. An amount SEVENTY ONE FORTY THOUSAND FOUTY SIXTY AND FIFTY CENTAVOS. (71,460.50) equivalent to 5% from the Regular Fund for the Budget Year estimates has been set aside for effective disaster preparedness and Management Program. 5. The total amount proposed for Representation Expense purpose of the undersigned has not exceed 2% of our actual collection of basic Real Property Tax during the next preceding year; and 6. Pursuant to Resolution N0.__,Series of 2012, FOURTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY TWO

The preparation of the proposed budget has been a cooperative process that has involved BARANGAY COUNICL MEETINGS it required numerous hours to study and analyze.

I especially want to commend the City Budget Office Their willingness to look at the big picture and work in a true spirit of teamwork has made this difficult task easier and has resulted in a much more responsible financial plan

I am very proud of the ANNUAL BUDGET and I am recommending it to the Brookside BARANGAY Council. It is a conservative financial plan, which will maintain the Barangay fiscal strength and integrity budgetary reserves.

RESOLUTION NO. _____ S. _____ Presented for consideration of this body is to pass a resolution for the approval of the Barangay Brookside Development Plan CY 20112 as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council WHEREAS, Kagawad JONATHAN VILLENA introduced to pass a resolution to approve the proposed Barangay Development Plan by the Barangay Development Council for CY 2012; WHEREAS, the Barangay BROOKSIDE Development Plan CY 2012, after review, is found to be in line with the development policies and priorities;. WHEREAS, Brookside Barangay shall enact ordinance, approves resolutions appropriate funds for the general welfare of the Barangay, its inhabitants and effective partner wit the City the identified various development programs and projects of the Brookside Barangay for Calendar Year 2012 were evaluated by the Barangay Development Council; WHEREAS, the Total amount of the programs/project is equivalent to the 20% of the IRA of the Barangay for CY 2012 in the amount of Ps 245,000.00( TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND ) NOW THEREFORE, on the motion duly seconded be it; RESOLVED, as it hereby done to approve the annual investment plan to funded from the Barangay Development Fund CY 2012
