PAPER ABSTRACT
Theme: Generation Next Topic : Work Ethics And Values Of The Generation Next. Introduction- Organizational effectiveness is a complex construct, which depends upon multiple factors and their interactions. One of the most important factors is value and ethics of the employees in an organization. Now a day the leading organizations feel that the young generation are the DNA of the organization so it is very much vivid that the ethics and values maintained by the generation next will lead the organization towards success and it will also help to sustain and increase the goodwill of the organization. In the light of the above, we are trying to find out the answers of the following questions through the conceptual research 1. What is the role of value and ethics in context of organizational effectiveness? 2. Why do we need to identify the requirement of value and ethics into an organization? 3. How conscious the generation next is about value and ethics? 4. Do value and ethics restrict success? 5. Value and ethics can be created through education?

After finding out the answers of the above written questions this research will help out to determine the need and requirement of value and ethics and how organizations can get an optimal effectiveness with ethical employees.
