Five Steps to a Better Week

Step 1
Here are some ways to get your week off to a good start:

Try to make the first thought of your day a grateful or positive one.

Woohoo! Youre awesome, Jesus!

I love you!

Hug one or more of your family members or friends each day.

Step 2
Tell Jesus something that you love about the day, or something that you are looking forward to experiencing. Spend time with Jesus. Pray and read His Word.

Step 5

Greet each day with a smile. Consciously place that smile on your face, and make sure someone sees it.

Its a simple plan, but it has positive results, because it means youre starting your week on the right footthe positive one.

Jesus, Im really looking forward to this pizza dinner!
