I. II. Front Desk Check in/Reservation

User Defined Fields: Mt UDF c lp trnh sn bi ngi qun l ca mu tin c chn s hin th th UDF ny. UDF l mt trang ca ng dng, ni ny ng dng c thit lp bi ngi s dng, trng ny c gi tr trong c s d liu, nhng n khng b gii hn. Ngi s dng lp mt trng no thng qua vic t tn, v n s hot ng ngay lp tc cho n khi chng c ngi s dng ng li. Vic thit lp hoc khng thit lp mt UDF, ngi s dng phi vo trang Settings/User Defined Fields v son tho UDF. Nu gim c khch sn mun thc hin chnh sch phc li x hi cho nhn vin, ch cn to tn UDF l Chnh sch phc li x hi chng hn, ri nhp d liu vo, ngay tc th UDF ny s hot ng. Remarks: Hin th cc ghi ch ca mu thng tin c chn.

Bills: Thng tin ha n ca mu tin c chn s hin th ni y. Bn c mt danh sch chi tit ha n. nhp mt chi tit ha n cho mu tin ng k chn, bn phi nhn nt New Billdetail. sa mt chi tit ha n c, bn phi chn ha n trc, ri nhn nt Edit Selected xa mt ha n c sn, bn phi chn ha n trc khi nhn nt Delete Selected Trong th ny, c 3 bo co: Print Bill - Hin th bo co ca ha n c chn. Bill List(Rooms) - Hin th bo co cc nhm ha n ca mi phng. Bill List - Th hin bo co ca cc ha n. Legend - Din gii ngha ca nhng nh nh xut hin pha trc ca mi mu tin.

1. New Check in

2. New Group Check in


Tng t New Check in.

Ta cng c ba phn chnh l General data, User Defiend Fields, Remarks.

Nhng trong phn General data thay v ta to ng k t phng cho mt c nhn th ta s to ng k cho mt nhm bng cch click NEW GROUP.

Mn hnh s xut hin ca s in thng tin c nhn ca khch v in r thng tin nhm m khch i cng.

ng k phng cho khch ta click vo NEW ROOM.

Chn phng m khch ng k theo ca s sau:

Sau khi nhp chn phng xong th thng tin phng khch ng k s hin bn di mn hnh.

Sau khi hon thnh c hai ng k t phng cho c nhn v group th n s c hin th r trn mn hnh

Nu l ng k nhm th bn tri ca mu tin s c du hiu

3) CHANGE/ CHECK OUT SELECTED S dng khi nhp sai thng tin t phng.

4) DELETE 5) REPORT Cha thng tin check in ca khch c mc nh nh mt bo co.

Khi hon tt cc th tc ng k phng th ca s FRONT DESK xut hin biu tng hin th phng c t.
