cause

1) move sap server to new server that change ip address (not change host
name)

how to solve
-------------

1) check the rfc connections for tms in sm59. do a connection test.

this message will be displayed;

1. tmsadm@dev.domain_prd : connect fail show message "connection to
host ibs-devp, service sapgw00
timed out"
2. tmsadm@qas.domain_prd : <error is same dev>
3. tmsadm@prd.domain_prd : connect it ok.

2) go to sm51 > refresh host name buffer (stores the ip address)
