Easy steps :
1 Prepare a seal up cover container.

2 Adding with reasonable amount ratio of brown sugar and tapwater, stir it with a stick. Then pour all the collected fresh garbage
into the container.

3 Remain a bit of space, for avoid the enzyme will overflow when
the process of fermentation.
4 Cover it well.
5 In the process or fermentation will produce lot of gases,1st
month,let the cover open a bit,for avoid the gases explore the
container.

6 Press down the floats garbage by oftenly,let them dipping inside

the liquid.

7 Garbage enzyme should place at shady and cool

atmosphere,avoid sunny. After 3 months, it will done.

Precaution!
1 Avoid chose glass or metal form etc as container.

2 Fresh garbage just including leftover white rice,vegetables,rinds.

Avoid those will stink (fish,meat,oily),because will smelly.
Orange&lemon&pineapple rinds or pandanus those fragrant smell
more suitable to use.

3 Success:brown-yellowish color,filter it then keep to use.

4 Fail:black,adding again the same amount of brown sugar,start

fermentation 3 month again.

5 If got floating stuff (foam or insect),just ignore.

6 Filtered left over garbage let it to sun-dried then shatter and bury
under the soil as fetelizer.

7 Of unable to collect enough ingredient,can pour in by continous,3

month limit time start from the last day added.
