91-120-4632194 Dear Sir, Re: Appointment as Manager (Ticketing & Reservation) With reference to your application for employment dated: 25th July, 2001 and subsequent interview, we hereby appoint you as manager (Ticketing & Reservation) with effect from 1st August, 2010 at a Consolidated salary of Rs. 8000/-P.M. on the following terms and Conditions: 1. You will be on probation for a period of two months, which may be extended further if deemed necessary . On successful Completion of the aforesaid probationary period to our Satisfaction, you will be considered for regular employment. Your place of posting will be at present at Delhi but you are liable to be transferred from one office to another office of the company in the exigencies of services. Your duties/responsibilities will include. Making Tickets doing marketing for the benefit of company and all other activities related to your work for the benefit of the company .you shall carry out your duties faithfully and diligently. Your hour of working shall be from 9:30 A.M. in the morning to 6:30 P.M. in the evening and you shall be allowed to one-hour interval for rest/meals and by rotation by 1:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. Your service can be terminated after giving one months notice Or wages in lieu there of . In case you are charged with any act of Misconduct you may be suspended from service pending Enquiry without any notice or wages in lieu there of. You are bound to serve one months notice before leaving the Appointment.

You will be entitled to 12 days sick/casual leave only for Certified sickness and 30 days privilege leave in one year. You will be superannuated on reaching the age of 62 years. You May be retired earlier if found medically unfit. Your faithfully For Sweta Tours & Travels (P) Ltd.
