    Dear Director Boyle: I, Irandokht Toorzani (who is representing herself in the above captioned matter), am respectfully writing this letter to inform you that I was supposed to file my response to the Respondents motion to dismiss by 9/21/2011, but on Monday 9/12/2011, during a poly phone conference with ALJ, Judge Jesse H. Strauss, I was informed by Judge that the above matter has been transferred to the Department of Education and then to OAL because of lack of Jurisdiction of the School Ethics Commission. Even though I have not received any letter regarding transferring my complaint either from the School Ethics Commission or Department of Education but considering the fact that my complaint regarding unethical conduct of the named administrators now is in OAL along with the tenure charges which later was filed against me and considering that I have submitted enough evidences in my motion to dismiss in lieu of response to the tenure charges which refute the tenure charges and support my claims in regard to my complaint to the School Ethics Commission and finally considering the incident which happened during the poly phone conference of Monday September 12, 2011, I believe that providing legal arguments and more evidences to the respondents motion to dismiss is not going to make much difference. In addition, I Just wanted to respectfully inform you that I am a female teacher since on the all School Ethics Commissions letters which I have received for last several months I have being called, Mr. Toorzani despite the fact that the documents which the respondents and I filed with the School Ethics Commission were indicating that I am a female teacher. I appreciated so much for the time that School Ethics Commission allotted to review my complaint and considerations.
