GI sheets pilled up in between 92-7 and 92-8. Hot air Leakage near slabbing mill side LBR HT cable (6.6KV) laid through pipe at -7m is under heavy scale . a)Thermal insulation badly damaged at window (cable is of CA Fans) b) Power / control cable found immersed in water. Coupling guard missing. MTB cover missing. a) Heavy steam leakage through pipe near charging side wall. b) Lifting Valve Stand : Fixing of Pressure Switch found broken. a) Coupling guard missing. b) Power cable is laid in open. Proper dressing is required. a) #1,2Water spraying on motor from FCE#4. b) #3 MTB cover was missing for one phase. a) Scale Heap is almost touching Potentiometers. b) Water accumulated between 02T- 8 and Roller table 93 panel c) Oil leakage found near 02KB-1 a) Oil is found spread on floor b) Oil and Water Leakage on Cable Trays.
