    the survival of its members Looting- temperarly taking a good that is requiored for that individuals survival such as food, cloths and shelter Morally Permisable- is seperate from law, a justified action that attempts to further the flouishment of man kind

    (optional) Observation: frame work, narrowing subject outside the legal system

    1. inharency-philosophically we are obligated to stop human harms and suffering 2. inharency-starvation and Poverty violates that 3. impact- desctruction of the enviroment and mand kind. 4. advantage-looting will stop us from exstinction.
