THE ART OF NEGOTIATION

Training Time: 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, November 3rd
Why Attend?: Everyone negotiates. Whether you are buying
a car or a house, asking for a raise, resolving a dispute or
arranging a multi-million dollar deal, the essential strategies
for effective negotiating are the same. You will learn how to:
• Use the Basic Keys to Successful Negotiations;
• Negotiate with Powerful Opponents;
• Avoid “Deal Killers”;
• Guard against Tricks and Tactics; and
• Tame “Hardball” Negotiators.

Rob Witthauer is an attorney with over a decade of experience in

negotiations, and he serves as Senior Counsel for a Fortune 100
company. A member of the Lansdale Jaycees, Rob has taught
college-level classes in Negotiations and is a JCI Certified Local
Trainer. Rob has served as Legal Counsel for three Jaycees
Chapters, Legal Counsel for the New York State Junior Chamber,
Legal Counsel for the New York State Jaycees Foundation, and Legal
Counsel for the U.S. Metropolitan Jaycees. Rob is currently the
Eastern Representative for the U.S. Metropolitan Jaycees.
