2008 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

The German Heritage Festival Association (GHFA) is a private, non-profit organization

formed to promote, honor, and preserve German heritage in New Orleans, the State of Louisiana, and the
neighboring region. The Association was formed in 1987. It is dedicated to promote and foster German arts and
sciences, the accurate portrayal of the contributions of German immigrants, and to conduct the annual
Oktoberfest parade.

YEARLY DUES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL MEMBER
General Membership $50.00 Attend general membership meetings each month.
(Parade participation NOT included) Receive monthly newsletter.

Parade Rider Membership $100.00 Attend general membership meetings each month.
Receive monthly newsletter. Ride in parade.

OKTOBERFEST PARADE – MAIDS/ESCORTS $100.00 | PRINCE/PRINCESS $500.00

Children under age 18 may participate in the Oktoberfest Parade free of charge, but must be registered with an
adult parade member. Minors who would like to join in GHFA events and are registered with an adult must pay
the applicable entrance fee.
