    reporting requirements. basically application users are divides into data entry
    users (assistants and lower level employees who prepare vouchers), data
    verification users (middle management who verifies the vouchers), and data
    approving users (management who approves the vouchers / transactions). each user
    is assigned with specific responsibility (module) and with entry/ verifies /
    approves privilege. the users in the hierarchy will receive messages /
    notifications for the actions to be performed.
