Job Description:
 WDMS Software handling on Zonal basis.
 Punching the invoices in WDMS on Daily Basis in MTR’s
sales.
 Maintain daily sales Report of MTR.
 Maintain also daily Agent wise sales report.
 Handling the calling cards problems whose face Customers.
For Example: Re-issue the pin of over scratched cards, CLIs,
Block the cards, Extend whose cards are expired from Head
Office (Customer Relation Department) in whole MTR.
 Prepared numerous performance reports.
 Outlets Reports Maintain, Update, Modification, etc. in whole
MTR.

 Provide the information about calling cards if customer

came in office.
