Job Description:
WDMS Software handling on Zonal basis.
Punching the invoices in WDMS on Daily Basis in MTR’s
sales.
Maintain daily sales Report of MTR.
Maintain also daily Agent wise sales report.
Handling the calling cards problems whose face Customers.
For Example: Re-issue the pin of over scratched cards, CLIs,
Block the cards, Extend whose cards are expired from Head
Office (Customer Relation Department) in whole MTR.
Prepared numerous performance reports.
Outlets Reports Maintain, Update, Modification, etc. in whole
MTR.
