Engineer, IT Operation since February, 2007 to present

As a IT Helpdesk Engineer, his job responsibilities are:

• Using CA(Computer Associates) software we usually assigned for the problem and
collect all the tickets generated by the employee’s and escalate them to different
support group according to the problem criteria.

• To maintain & monitor the network connection.


• Configure wireless access point & add the clients.
• Install and Configuration of Windows XP Service Pack 2.
• Configure and Troubleshoot of Workstation, Network Printer and Scanner.
• Configure and Troubleshoot of Microsoft Outlook 2003
• Provide Support to the DNS Server, add workstation to the Domain, Account
Creation, DHCP,PROXY enable.
• Check Viruses and spy ware with Antivirus and antyspyware software.

• Installation and front support for TABS application and CTIOS software.

• To manage the inventory of computer’s and other equipments.
