Central Asia and the Re-establishment of the Khilafah

However today millions in Central Asia crave for the death of the republic and the return of the Khilafah upon its grave. Day by day the Muslims grow defiant in the face of the regime. The Muslims of Central Asia know that the only way to top rid the hateful domination of the Kuffar over the Muslims' lands and from the control of their agents is to establish the Khilafah state; the establishment of which Allah has made Fard on the Muslims. He has also made it obligatory on the Muslims to unite under its banner. Islam obliges the Muslims to be in one state having one Khaleefah. The Messenger of Allah ((Sallallahu alaihi Wasalaam) said (translated to the nearest meaning): 'If the Bai'ah has been given to two Khulafaa then kill the latter of them.' This means unity of the Khilafah is obligation on the Muslims. By establishing that the Muslims will be again strong and then the Khilafah state will put an end to the Taghuts and tyrants that rule over the neck of Muslims.

It is only then that Central Asia will be freed from the influence of the colonialist Kaafir nations like America that plunders the wealth of the country. This wealth will return to its rightful owners, which the Khaleefah will spend on the legitimate sections (of society) to meet the basic needs of the citizens and enable them to satisfy other needs (beside the basic needs) as well, through circulation and growth in all parts of the state. If there is a part, which is poor in terms of possession of natural resources, and there is another part that is rich in them, then all parts of the state will benefit from this wealth because it is the public property of the Muslims. In this manner economic problems would be solved in the Muslims' lands by treating them as one land regarding their wealth and resources. They know that Allah will help them if they help Him:

'O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm.'[47:7] Abu Ayesha
