RE: YEAR 11 REPORTS December 2011 Please note instructions very carefully K.S.4 subject report/CPSHE masters on the staff pages of the VLE. Exemplars are attached. Please ensure that you are using the correct report master the Yr 11 report has MOCK examination result on it!! Pastoral report will be available when alterations are made this week Please consult K.S.4 Grade Descriptors before filling in your reports (a copy is in this pack). Please ensure that Target Grade is the same as what you have put on the recent PPR these should not be different Check pupils names against attached Form List. Remember NOT to shorten names, either at the top or in the main body of the report. Reports to be placed in concertina files, by subject, in alphabetical order. Exam grades to be entered onto the Exam Results Master Grid in the staff room. Reports to form tutors by Friday 06.01.12 Reports to R.A. 16.01.12 Parents Evening & reports issued 24.01.12 Do ask for help or advice if unsure of anything as mistakes will have to be rectified.
