2010.3-2011.4 Software Engineer, Android Sense UI Built shared HTC Sense UI components used by HTC Android developers in Sense 2.1+, used in HTC Desire HD, Desire Z, etc., visible to over 20 million users. Rewrote the Sense list view to support rounded corner backgrounds, various animations, reordering behaviors, and section headers. Used by 15+ application developer teams. Developed skin change mechanism involving modifying the Android Froyo and Gingerbread frameworks, visible on current HTC phones. Designed and implemented an activity transition animation module for the Sense UI framework under critical performance and low memory conditions, used on newer tablet devices. Worked in a product driven and fast paced environment, helping to troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in order to launch multiple versions of Sense.
