Vith the provisions as proviJeJ in the local government coJe, the league
opt to lormulate plans, programs anJ activities that enhance the capalility ol all
local leaJers concerns anJ to improve its system ol operation, the league vants to
improve its ollice space vhich serve on the venue lor ollice, meetings anJ other
relateJ expenses.

linance the implementation ol such, hence, seeking linancial assistance.
