The MCC PTA India plant was built to meet this domestic demand, as well as to supply terephthalic acid to manufacturers of polyester-related products elsewhere in Asia. Market demand for polyester has been increasing worldwide at a rate of 10 percent per annum. Demand in India has been particularly strong, posting an annual growth rate of 13 to 15 percent, with similar rates projected for the future. The Company had a basic punch card system that had provisions for leave, shifts and holidays. Shifts, leave and holiday were prepared manually sometimes resulting in discrepancies. Thus, a need for a foolproof HR system was realized The Adrenalin Solution Retained the existing punch card system for attendance while integrating it with Adrenalin HRMS, Shift Management system, Payroll system and leave management system.
