    MONROE Public School District has terminated its Lease with Fryelands sixth avenue, LLC effective August 31, 2011. The Lease is for premises in the Fryelands Business Park in Monroe, Washington. The District is protesting the payment of rent due under the Lease for October, 2011. This payment is being tendered under protest and without waiver of the District's position that it has effectively terminated the Lease.
