    Relations with international standards This Standard introduces the concept of TESTING AND MAINTENANCE specified in ITU-T Recommendation Q.707. The conventional testing method, however, is specified in this standard, since only the associated mode is applied to the signalling network at the present time, and good transmission quality is given in the domestic network.
