Safety Features

This Instant Hot Water Shower comes with a built in Triple Safety Systems
1. Auto Flow Switch
The Auto Flow Switch will detect the incoming water flow rate and
automatically disconnect the heater if the water flow is less than 2l/m.
This prevents over heating due to blockage.
2. Anti-Scalding Automatic Thermal Cutoff
The thermostat will automatically cut off the power supply if it has
sensed an abnormal rise in showering water temperature.
3. Built in ELCB
The Built in ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) will automatically
cut off the power supply in case there is a current leakage as low as
15mA.

Electricity Consumption

Electricity Consumption
Wattage of the Heater = 3.6 kW (3600W)
Average time to take a shower = 10mins = 1/6 hours = 0.167 Hrs
Power Consumption for to take a shower = 3.6 kW X 0.167 Hrs
= 0.6 kWh = 0.6 Units
If we assume that the customers average consumption is between 90 to
180 units, then the unit cost will be Rs.16/=
Cost to take one shower

= Rs.16/= X 0.6 = Rs. 9.60

If you use shower once daily for a month = Rs. 9.60 = X 30 = Rs. 288/=

= 3.6 kW

= 10 = 1/6 = 0.167

= 3.6 kWh X 0.167Hrs
0.167Hrs = 0.6
0.6 kWh = 0.6
( 90 180

.16/= .)

= . 16 X 0.6 = .9.60

,
= .9.60 X 30 = .288/=
